Dear Family,
We had another baptism on Saturday. It was a great experience. As Ivona Stimac came out of the water she was visably full of the spirit. It was really touching. We started the service alittle late because she was wating for three of her nonmember friends to show up. They finally came. You could just look at those three young ladys and see that they too were wholesome girls. I got to talk to them. And one of them I taught breifly about the plan of salvation. She started to get tears in her eyes and I could feel that the spirit was telling her that what she was hearing was true. It was great. After the baptism I had to talk to one of the sister missionaries. Her sister just married one of the men who survived the Utah State van accident where 9 people were killed including the proffessor. Her sister was just married two weeks ago to Brother Nelson who is now in a coma. If you would keep me posted on his condition. I had her companion and a senior couple come into the room while I told her of the accident. When she regained composure I had her call her father on my mobile phone. I got to talk to him briefly. He too was very emotional. This life sure throws difficult challenges to us now and then. She is a great missionary and a wonderful person. I talked to her this morning to check up on her. These missionaries are truly amazing. We got to watch tapes of saturdays conference in Ljubljana on sunday. A member in Austria tapes them and our Slovenia District President drives to Austria and gets them. They transalate to Slovein for the members to hear on head sets in their native tongue. Roylene and I listened too sunday morning live off of the mission office computer with the Hansen's. It is always good to hear the prophets message. Thank you for all of your emails. They are great. We love you.
