Dear Family,
Yesterday was sunday. I was checking email early in the morning and found some mission related emails. As I finished and clicked on the final button to close my computer down the power went off. But I soon discovered that it was not off for the entire house. The main floor in the living room lights still worked, the furnace boiler was still on and the outlets down stairs. But the garage, the main floor lights except for the living room, the upstairs lights, and the basement lights were all off. We could not open the garage to get the car out. I went to the fuse box by the front door with flash light in hand. I tested all of the fuses and replaced three. But the power still did not work. I said a silent prayer and low and behold the garage started working. We traveled to church in Celje and then ate with the missionaries and did interviews. Upon arrival at home I got back in the fuse box. Who knows what miracle happened. I tested again and removed another fuse and reset it and ta da all of the lights worked. Just another day in the life of a mission president. It has been snowing here every since Aaron left. It is getting colder, so we put on a sweater over white shirts. This week we start Zone Conferences again. Lots of love Dad
